Jodhi has a specific focus on supporting the access trades – cranes, scaffolding, rigging, lifting equipment, industrial rope access, and construction retail and wholesale sectors. Focussing on engaging with industry and other groups to support change in attraction, retention, productivity, and qualifications, she’s committed to being a voice for industry and ensuring that the voice is diverse and inclusive.

Jodhi brings a wealth of experience to our team, having previously worked in multiple industries, including banking, compliance, animal feed logistics, education, and most recently as Pou Tautīnei (Manager) of the Maori Pasifika Team at Vertical Horizonz.

Jodhi says, “I believe the work we do at Waihanga Ara Rau has the potential to influence change both at the qualifications level and in the attraction and retention of workers, which ultimately supports aspirations, whether those are building our dream homes, lifestyle blocks, apartments, or papa kainga – the aspiration of many Māori whanau who have that moemoeā to move home to their whenua.”
