Lauren Swann leads our team of Relationship Managers at Waihanga Ara Rau.
With 20 years’ experience in vocational education & training and leading the delivery of many training programmes and teams within institutes of technology & polytechnics (ITPs) and Wānanga, Lauren has a deep understanding of the vocational education system and of transitions from education to employment.

Lauren supports the engagement and partnerships team to engage directly with our sectors to support construction & infrastructure industries, Māori industry, and employers to have leadership and influence across vocational education.

She also engages with employers and industry associations in Electrotechnology and Electricity Supply.
