One of the better kept secrets is that being a Qualification Developer is an incredibly fun job!

The number one reason for that is the PEOPLE. Who doesn’t want to spend their time with people who love what they do and want to make a difference? We are always in awe of the level of commitment and passion that we get to see and it is a privilege to play our part (and to learn all of your acronyms).

Thank you for everything you’ve taught us, for trusting us and for letting us into your world.

We look forward to seeing how our work together makes a difference for industry and learners, and to seeing what comes next.

Your commitment to quality education, your openness to collaboration, and your ongoing efforts to strengthen assessment practice have been central to the progress we’ve made together.

The relationships built and strengthened during this time have been a genuine highlight for our team. It has been a privilege working alongside you — supporting assurance practices, sharing insights, and navigating challenges together. We truly value the trust you’ve placed in us.
