Zoe’s role is to develop strategy to ensure that the voice of all genders and disabilities in construction and infrastructure is well represented in vocational education.

Forming strategic relationships with industry, businesses, and employers, Zoe focuses on partnering to ensure fit-for-purpose and equitable training solutions are developed based on current and future sector requirements and the needs of all genders and disabilities.

Zoe comes from a background working in equity, inclusion, and well-being in the education and health sectors. She understands that everyone benefits from having inclusive construction and infrastructure sectors and loves the challenge of finding solutions that work for employers and employees.

Outside of work, Zoe spends her time playing and watching basketball with her three tamariki at the beach and running ‘Belonging Club’.
